Designed and developed the nationwide USPS training program for the Enhanced Biometric Identification System (EBIS), independently managing a project initially intended for a team of four. Quickly mastered CBT design software to prevent delays and cost overruns while creating comprehensive, Section 508-compliant learning materials. Worked closely with SMEs to assess training needs and define learning objectives, ensuring effective program implementation.
